Thank you for shopping with Aroma Spices. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original condition and packaging. To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received it

All original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase must be included

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted

If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions and a shipping label. You must follow these instructions carefully to complete the return process.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Perishable items (including food and spices)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items or gift cards

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

Your item is defective

You received the wrong item

The package is damaged
We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, the fastest way is to:

Initiate a return for the item you have

Once accepted, place a new order for the item you want
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund
If your return is not approved, we will notify you with a reason.
