1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note:

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or South African public holidays.

  • Processing time may be extended during peak seasons or due to high volume.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping : 3 -7 Business Days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and external courier conditions (e.g. rural areas, weather delays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status. 

4. Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to courier disruptions, strikes, or extreme weather

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

  • Unclaimed or returned parcels due to failed delivery attempts
